Reports built to be read by the people who decide.
A report that goes to a board is judged on how clearly it reads. CapSight reports are designed documents: a cover that states the question, a summary that carries the answer, evidence pages that keep their density and a closing page that says what to do next. When a study needs more than the standard report, our team builds it with you.
Sample data- A designed cover, summary, evidence and closing
- Dense pages stay dense; light pages breathe
- Bespoke studies when a standard report is not enough

Designed Custom Reports, in four parts.
Each part is something the product does today, with the data it uses named on the page.
A cover that states the question
The title, the scope and the headline figures sit on the first page, so the reader knows what the report decides before turning it.
Evidence pages that hold the data
Dashboard pages carry several modules, charts and tables on one page, set on a warm paper background that keeps them legible in print and on screen.
A closing page with next steps
The report ends on the so-what and the next moves, numbered, on a graphite page that reads as an ending.
Bespoke work
For a feasibility study, a multi-city plan or a board paper that needs analysts' time, talk to us and we will scope it on the same evidence base.
From a sentence to a finished report.
Reports draw on the same evidence as the rest of the platform, so a figure in a report matches the figure on the page it came from, and each one names where it comes from. The report is the last step of a decision, not a separate product.

The anatomy of a CapSight report
Page types follow the content they carry. Pages with little to say are given room; pages with a lot to show are kept dense.
- 01
Cover
Title, scope, headline figures and the report's purpose.
- 02
Summary
The answer first: key findings, with the headline figures set apart.
- 03
Evidence pages
Charts, tables and modules for hiring, pay, locations and peers.
- 04
Methodology
Layers used, sources and the caveats that apply.
- 05
Closing
The takeaway and the next moves.
Ask the question the way you would ask a colleague.
These are the kinds of questions this page is built for. Each one is answered from the data on it, not from a general model of the market.
Can the report go straight into a board pack?
Can we edit the PowerPoint?
Can a report be tailored to our brand or our language?
Can your analysts extend a report with primary research?
How are caveats shown?
From first look to a decision you can show.
Start from a standard report
Generate it in the builder.
Refine
Improve the prompt or change the plan and run it again.
Export
Download the PDF or the editable PowerPoint.
Extend with us
Where you need more, we scope a bespoke study around it.
Built for the people who own the decision.
Executives and boards
A document that reads cleanly in one sitting.
Strategy teams
A deck that can be edited and carried into their own papers.
Advisory teams
A base report to build a study on.
What is in it, and what is not yet.
We say plainly what the data holds today and what we are still adding, so nothing here is implied.
- Designed cover, summary, evidence and closing pages
- Dense dashboard pages and lighter narrative pages
- PDF and editable PowerPoint (cover and closing slides drawn natively)
- Branded templates for your organisation
- More languages
The terms on this page, defined.
Every figure on a CapSight page comes with its definition, so you never have to guess what a number is counting.
- GCC
- A Global Capability Centre: a centre a company runs in India for its own global work, such as engineering, analytics, finance, operations or support. It is part of the company, not an outside vendor.
- Platform Industry
- The one industry grouping CapSight uses for every company, so a filter or a chart means the same thing on every page. There are 10.
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities
- Tier 1 is the eight established hubs: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Every other city is Tier 2.
- Designed report
- A report laid out as a finished document, with charts and a written read-out, that you can open, download and present, not a table export.
- Company dossier
- One company's profile set out as a report: who it is, how large its India presence is, how it is organised and how it pays.
- Source line
- The note under a figure that says where it comes from, so a number in a report can be traced back to the evidence behind it.
Before you ask.
Are the slides editable?
Yes. PowerPoint exports use real text boxes; only the cover art is a picture.
What if a page has no data?
It is left out, and the report notes what it did not cover.
Do you do fully custom studies?
Yes. Contact the team and we will scope it with you.
